By registering for this conference, I acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

I am age 18 or older.

I cannot exchange my registration with another person without prior written approval from The Center for Sex Education at Planned Parenthood of Northern, Central, and Southern New Jersey.

Audio or video recording of any kind is not permitted at the conference, except by approved staff.

Conference registration includes lunch on conference afternoons with possible snacks in between; all other meals will be at my own expense.

For security reasons, I will be asked to present a valid, government-issued photo ID upon check-in at the conference.

By completing this registration form, I agree to pay the full amount due.

Cancellations or changes of registration must be sent via email to [email protected]. There is a $50 administrative fee for cancellations.

No refunds for cancellation after January 8, 2027.

I will abide by the conference Code of Conduct (https://sexedconference.com/code-of-conduct).

Conference photographers and videographers may capture your image and/or voice during conference activities. This includes, but is not limited to, sessions, workshops, and social gatherings.
The captured photographs, videos, or recordings may be used by the conference organizers for promotional and marketing purposes. This includes, but is not limited to, use on websites, social media, promotional materials, and other media channels.
If you do not wish to be photographed or recorded, please indicate your preference on site at conference registration. Opt out instructions will be provided, and we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your request.

This Agreement is made by and between The Center for Sex Education, which is part of Planned Parenthood of Northern, Central, and Southern New Jersey ("CSE") and the Individual registrant, including any entities they may represent ("Registrant").

The Registrant is registering for the National Sex Ed Conference, scheduled for February 2027 ("Event"). At this Event, the CSE will share professional development content deemed confidential ("Confidential Information"), including presentations, workshops, discussions, and social events. Registrants are encouraged to apply the knowledge gained within their professional sex education practices while maintaining the confidentiality of the information received.

Terms:
1. The Registrant confirms that agreeing to this Agreement does not conflict with any other commitments they have.
2. The Registrant agrees to keep all Confidential Information private and will not disclose, copy, record, or use it outside of their professional sex education practices without CSE's written permission. Unauthorized recording of any part of the Event is strictly prohibited.
3. The Registrant agrees not to expect any payment or compensation for agreeing to these terms, recognizing mutual benefit of participating in the Event.
4. CSE is entitled to enforce this Agreement and seek legal remedies should the Registrant violate these terms.
5. This Agreement is governed by New Jersey law, and the Registrant confirms they are of legal age and capacity to agree to these terms.
6. This Agreement constitutes the complete agreement between the CSE and the Registrant concerning the Event's Confidential Information, superseding all previous agreements.

By agreeing, the Registrant acknowledges their understanding and acceptance of these terms.
